Shipping Method:
LTL: This item ships with curbside delivery.
- Curbside delivery service provides delivery of
your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway.
- This service does
not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging.
- Your order will ship to a local delivery terminal that will call you when your item arrives and schedule a delivery appointment.
- Typically, deliveries are made between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday and a 3 hour window is given. This time may vary slightly at each local terminal.
- If any one of the boxes in your shipment weighs over 150 lbs, your item will be delivered on a lift gate truck and will be taken off the truck by the delivery agent.
- Please note that if you live down a road or driveway not accessible to a truck without causing damage to the truck the truck will not be able to complete delivery.
- Upon delivery you must inspect your item(s) and the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt.
- Only items that were reported and marked on the delivery receipt as damaged will be eligible for returns, exchanges and replacements.
Shipping Time:
Please note that the Shipping Times we quote are only estimates and not guarantees. Shipping time depends on several factors such as factory packaging and shipping time and carrier pick up ability and route schedules. When in stock, the factory does its best to prepare this item for shipping within 7 business days. Once your order is dispatched to the delivering carrier, the transit time will vary depending on your location in relevance to the factory location. Estimated transit time for this item is anywhere between 3-10 business days for curbside delivery.

Upgraded delivery service availability will vary based on your destination location. Some of the services that may be available upon request and additional cost include the following:
- White Glove Delivery service, which includes delivery and set up
- Inside delivery
- Express delivery
